Add embedded playlist to direction page

Brian Rhea requested to merge add-video-to-direction-page into master

Why is this change being made?

Feedback from @sid via Slack:

The release post says “To preview what’s coming in next month’s release, check out our Upcoming Releases page, which includes our 14.10 release kickoff video.”

But, the video isn't embedded on https://about.gitlab.com/direction/kickoff/

The “We present this during the monthly kickoff call, which is publicly streamed to the GitLab Unfiltered YouTube channel.” puts the burden on the user top find the video.

This MR adds variables to the top of the page for the kickoff video and the release playlist for simpler updates each month. It also embeds the video playlist on the direction page to reduce the burden on the user.
