Add logos, update descriptions & aesthetic of Partner Application Page

Requirement to add company logos to each application box, standardise description length, and size & placement of boxes.

Action Items:

Add company logos of each application to each description box
Update descriptions of each application
Standardise box size for each application, maximum three boxes per line, as per mock-up pictures.
