Director of Ops attended or reviewed all Incident Review meetings this quarter. All issues involving Ops teams had meaningful participation and engagement from the development group. Updating scoring to 100%.

2020-12-18

There's been increased engagement from Ops teams in the incident review process. All Incidents now are labeled and given a group label when applicable, and EMs are @ mentioned. This has helped ensure Development teams are aware of incidents and can contribute to the root cause analysis and corrective actions. More recently the Infrastructure team has begun labeling Incidents by root cause category, which will provide additional analytics on how Development activities relate to production incidents.
