Key Result: Complete migration of GitLab Pages from NFS to Object Storage

Object Storage support in Pages is required in order to unblock our efforts to be able to deploy GitLab using Kubernetes. Because this effort is a dependency for broad organisational goals and is blocking Infrastructure efforts, we should make sure we're discussing prioritisation of this effort with our product counterparts.
