GOOD

  • Some initial good conversations with SRE and began to clarify potential approaches #9560 (closed)

BAD

  • Ultimately didn't make progress, and SRE counterpart left the company

TRY

  • Involve more folks from SRE team to increase bus factor, more actively manage the process.
