Collaborate with the Infrastructure team and dogfood DR (failover) in staging environment. A working group will be established and the backlog will be populated. Tracking epic gitlab-org&1912

Scoring Criteria (updated 2020-01-07):

• First iteration of failover test successfully completed - 50%
• Second iteration of failover test successfully completed (scheduled for January 13) - 70%
• High priority issues from failover tests for Geo team are fixed or scheduled - 80%
• Next test iterations are defined and scheduled - 90%
• Maintenance mode successfully tested on staging env. This is independent of the DR working group but involves collaboration with infrastructure counterparts. (currently scheduled for January 25) - 100%
