Run demo process, significant feature progress each release, and <5 min production app capability no later than Jan 22 => 100%

Goal is to get this in place by January 22nd

• Find one or two engineers interested in this effort or get them assigned
• Set up consistent execution for this capability via the demo process
• Provid production app capability no later than Jan 22
