Add UX Research PIs to UX Embedded Dashboard

Description

In discussion with @meks and @asmolinski2 we thought that adding Actionable Insight Open/Close and Time to Close issues to the UX Embedded Dashboard would help quantify the gap of Actionable Insight issues which are not being acted upon by a team.

• This chart already exists. We just need to add it to the embedded dashboard.
