KR: 50% of the ~devops::plan issues in a single iteration is burned down => 100%

Retrospective

Good

  • We completed the KR fully.
  • Purpose of this was to encourage breaking down of issues into small iteration sized chunks, which seemed to work.

Bad

  • Was not ambitious enough of a KR.
  • KR was written to focus more on output, and tough to directly correlate it to the overarching objective.

Try

  • We still want to encourage breaking down work into pieces that would fit in an iteration, but that could be an objective by itself.
  • Be more ambitious
