Remove JS files from blog post and move blog post to correct directory

What is/are the relevant URLs or emails?

This blog post does not have a current URL because it is in the depreciated source/posts directory. The blog post also references javascript files uploaded directly to its image directory.

source/images/blogimages/gitlab-daily-tools/Handy GitLab actions.user.js
source/images/blogimages/gitlab-daily-tools/GitLab filters.user.js

Having javascript files located in the image directory will confuse linters and filters.
