#8677 (closed) Define how Plan UX will use the new Iterations feature to articulate incremental steps for validation phases of the product development flow => 100% -
#9473 All issues that are created and planned during Q3, are associated with an iteration via the Iterations capability in GitLab => 20%
UXer | Ratio (Issues+Iteration / Assigned Q3 Issues) | % of issues associated with an iteration |
---|---|---|
Alexis | 7/92 | 8% |
Austin | 27/53 | 51% |
Holly | 4/46 | 2% |
=> 20% |
How was this calculated?
- Look within every FY21Q3 iteration (August 1st – October 31st) and find Issues assigned to a UXer
- For each UXer, find the total assigned issues (open and closed) during FY21Q3
- Divide the number of issues associated with iterations by the total issues assigned to the UXer
- The attainment for this KR is the average % of issues associated with an iteration across participants
Why is the attainment low?
UXers started associating issues with iterations around gitlab-org: #7 (Sep 10, 2020 – Sep 16, 2020) while the quarter actually started August 1st.
There's a direct correlation between UXers who frequently break their work down into iterations before workflowdesign and their use of the Iterations feature vs. those who rely on their team to break down the work for them.
