Implement a page where we can test theories related to marketo forms. In particular, gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com#1604 (comment 368531411)

What problem(s) are you trying to solve? What are the goals?

  1. Marketo is a third party marketing tool.
  2. Third party marketing tools are blocked by privacy strict browsers, adblockers, firewalls, and impacted by cookie consent legislation such as GDPR / CCPA.
