Fix Direction page Growth Sub-department and links

Briefly describe the update

The /direction page:

  1. does not link to Growth group direction pages correctly
  2. multiple places incorrectly link to GitLab Group: @gitlab-org/gl-growth
  3. stages.yml refers to gitlab_group: gitlab-org/gl-growth (should be gitlab-org/growth)

Text on the Direction page:

Includes the Growth stage, which includes the Acquisition, Conversion, Expansion, Retention, Fulfillment, and Telemetry groups

  • All the group links above point to /direction instead of the relevant group page, e.g. /direction/expansion.
  • Need to add direction: attr in stages.yml for each Growth group.
