Take a health day each month
Taking a day for physical, mental, or emotional health is not mandatory. We should routinely consider how we're doing before we enter a burned state. The current global health situation is much more challenging right now. If taking a day for your health each month will help you then do so. I've struggled with burnout in the past, it I don't want to get to that place again. I'm going to try to hold myself to at least 1 day per month of PTO.

Retrospective
Good
- We averaged at least 1 day of PTO per Month. Goal achieved.
- Tracking this provides just a slice of overall team health
Bad
- There are some folks who have not taken extended time off this quarter. I think this will change in coming quarter.
Try
- I would be interesting to see how we compare to other teams.
- I would be interested to track this again.
