FY21-Q2 IACV KR: 100% say/do ratio => 64%
Key Result
Achieve a 100% say do ratio: whatever we label Deliverable should be delivered. This is a pretty big goal but this will help us evaluate our results.
The intention of this KR is to allow us to begin measuring our say/do ratio. This is a stretch goal and, for some teams might show that we need to start measuring differently.
Since this is a stretch goal by default, and a very ambitious at this point, expectation is that we will learn a lot from trying to achieve this goal.

Retrospective
Good
- All teams improved their say/do ration through Q2
- 2 out of 3 teams achieved 70%+ say/do by the end of the quarter
- ~"group::package" maintained a high level of say/do
- ~"group::release management" and groupprogressive delivery had significant improvements compared to the start
Bad
- groupprogressive delivery didn't reach the ideal 70% mark - this isn't really "bad", given the excellent improvement that team had this quarter, just a bit more work to do.
