Add Live Preview to `features.yml`

We're working through renaming the Client-Side Evaluation feature to Live Preview. That feature does not currently exist in features.yml so it should be added to help increase the visibility of the feature.

We should get a review of the copy around the feature to ensure we're properly supporting marketing use cases around this.
