Dogfood Incident Management

This issue contains the plan to increase dog-fooding of features in the Incident Management category at GitLab.

There are an estimated X users at GitLab who will use the Incident Management category. We will refer to this set of users as anticipated users.

Plan - How are we going to enable dogfooding?

• Identify main internal stakeholders for Incident Management
• Schedule a synchronous meeting to go over and demo existing incident management features
• Review usage of ops.gitlab.net and...
  • Clearly define the problems/blockers with using this instance for incident management today
  • List of features that the team can use today
• Identify the largest blocker and consider problem/solution validation cycles based on feasibility

At the end of FY21Q2 this effort will have been successful if we can measure:
