Videos embedded on a handbook page are not loading in the Review App

Per this comment in the Release Post Retro, it seems that video files included in the release post are not loading in the review app.

Stubbed out this bug to investigate whether it is related to cookies, browser compatibility, or the nature of the Review App architecture.
