Redesign the information on the install page

Problem to solve

Working on the issue gitlab-org/gitlab#211814 (closed), I found out that the current installation page on the Marketing website is quite hard to explore.

While @ljlane and I went through the Pre-installation flow and we decided to rework on the current structure by re-categorizing the installation methods.

Intended users

• System administrator
• Software developer

• Grouping activity on Mural
• Put designs for the first iteration Put a MR for the first iteration
• Propose possible design changes for the future iterations
