[Sales] Sales Form does not submit on security enhanced browser

i tried to contact your sales using the form shown on https://about.gitlab.com/sales/ but i can't submit the form, it gets stuck at Please Wait after submit.

quite sure that its because of umatrix and ublock but come on, its an flat html form with very few fileds, can't you make it work without requiring so many third party stuff?

it would be awesome if i can contact sales from within my logged in account without reentering all my data. i don't want it processed by cloudflare or whatever. also here i don't want tracking.

we are 5 self-employed persons who are willing to switch to the pay tier but with the current system the pay tier has no benefit for us. we would need the behavior that each of us pays for the user-account itself (no organization) but if we create an organization where only we are inside we still want to have access to the pay features.

as far as i have seen, its currently only possible to create one organization where we all can be member of and one person has to pay for all 5 members. also we are often separating projects with organizations, so we would have to pay for each organization.

is it somehow possible to have multiple organizations which have premium features as long as all members are paying members?
