Remove the middle-finger emoji from GitLab.com

I have noticed a few folks accidentally use the middle-finger-emoji when they want to point up to a comment. Why do we have this emoji in GitLab? I have never seen any positive intend or positive outcome by using it and can only lead to some sort of abuse to either a GitLab team member or external abuse amongst community members.

Can we remove it? Is there a reason not to remove it? Would it be against a form of self-expression? This could be a learning opportunity for me and therefore totally possible that I am unaware of why we have this.
