  • Key result: Hire to Plan (18 a month for 3 month - 54) => 81% (44 hires)
  • Key result: Create better documentation for new engineering managers: #4566 (closed) => 20%
  • Key result: Maintain current developers to maintainers ratio - Nominate and add maintainers as we are increasing (BackEnd increase from 18 to 24, Frontend increase by 8 to 11) => 33%

Good

  • We grew the organization by another 44 hires this quarter
  • We increased the number of maintainers and folks in training

Bad

  • Smaller addition to the documentation for new engineering managers than we had hoped
  • Hiring was behind target which puts us behind for the year
