Recurly Account Codes

Recurly uses the "Account Code" field as a unique value to ID each account. We have been filling in Account Code with email addresses. Email addresses are poor Account Codes because:

1. Each new person who adds licenses will be added as a duplicate account (same account info, but new unique Account Code).

2. We cannot depend on the same email address to exist for an extended period of time at an account.

Solutions? We need to have a number generated, recorded in SFDC and Recurly, and given to anyone from that company trying to get licenses. We don't want to add friction to the sales process though...
