Add tool tips to DevOps tools icons
On the devops tools pages, it's not clear what the red X, yellow bar, and green check icons represent. This can cause confusion.
- green = supported
- red = not supported
- yellow = partially supported
One solution would be to add a hover tool tip that says supported, not supported, partially supported when you hover over the icons.
