Create individual job pages from greenhouse API

Scope of work:

• Utilize Greenhouse API to create individual pages with unique URLs
• URL path structure should be /jobs/apply/[slug]-[uid]/
• Clicking on job links in /jobs/apply/ should bring you to unique individual job page
