Ensure that dashaadu is mentioned for Duo Chat triage and issues

Problem to solve

Currently Sarah Waldner is automatically tagged in the Duo Chat triage issues, we need to switch it so that Dasha Adushkina is tagged instead. Also make sure to remove Dasha from Editor Extensions.

Update https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/team.yml so that dashaadu is automatically tagged in Duo Chat issues.
