Update Product Direction for new Tenant Scale Section

Overview

With the re-organization of the SaaS Platforms section, there is now a Tenant Scale Section which needs to be added into the Product direction pages. Additionally, the Organizations, Cells Infrastructure, and Geo groups are now a part of the Tenant Scale Section.

This issue is aimed to track the iterative approach to reach an end state of a first pass at a Tenant Scale direction, as well as the restructuring / moving of the appropriate group pages. Once this is complete, direction pages will be finalized and updated at the standard cadence.

Work to be done

• Create the Tenant Scale top level direction page (high level only) - !137239 (merged)
  • This is needed for linking / organizing the rest of the pages
• Move the Geo direction into Tenant Scale / SaaS Platforms
• Move the Cells Infrastructure direction into Tenant Scale / SaaS Platforms
• Iterate on the Tenant Scale direction
