Highspot reporting framework
Objective
Design and implement a dynamic, sustainable, and accessible reporting framework for all levels of the field organization: from individual reps and content contributors, to managers, to e-group.
Initial thoughts
- Manager and e-group dashboards
- Content contributor dashboards
- Field Highspot activity leaderboard: every action you take in Highspot has 'interactivity points' which generate a leaderboard and incentives each quarter
- E.g., pitching = 25 points, viewing a pdf for 2min+ = 1 point, providing feedback = 1 point, completing a training (once t&c is launched) = 35 points)
