Blog proposal: Reflections on contributing to GitLab from student fellows
Proposal
In Spring 2023, GitLab's Community Relations team sponsored a two-member cohort of student fellows from Major League Hacking. The fellows have been working diligently on contributions to GitLab as they broaden their development experience and prepare for their careers as technologists.
We invited both fellows to write short reflections on their experiences of contributing to GitLab, and both accepted! I'd like to propose that we consider publishing these reflections on the GitLab blog (for purposes of employment branding, etc.).
Bryan (@bbehr) has volunteered to work with the fellows to polish the pieces and align them with editorial feedback from @Sgittlen.
