Add form to past webcast landing pages
Description
Would like to add a form on past webcast landing pages so we can track additional leads that watched the webcast after the fact.
Example of past webcast pages that we would want to add form to gate the embedded youtube videos.

- https://about.gitlab.com/webcast/starting-scaling-devops/
The same for the past release radar series listed on: https://about.gitlab.com/webcast/monthly-release/
Problem; Currently unable to capture/track folks that watched past webcast embedded videos.
Goal/benefits: Obtain additional leads from on-demand webcasts, and better tracking/attribution for leads.
Checklist when modifying an existing page:
-
What is the goal of changing the page? Obtain additional leads -
What metrics are we trying to affect? Number of net new leads -
How will we decide if the change was successful or not? Increased number of net new leads driven by webcast activities -
Would we revert the changes if we decided that it was not a success? Only if necessary. Lets discuss the pros and cons! -
Make sure events are reflected in Google Analytics/Marketo if the page is changed -
Make sure redirection is done if we change the page so email newsletters do not contain dead link
Proposal
Desired behavior on past webcast pages: People enter past webcast landing page -> fills out the form -> Thank you message and embedded youtube video appears.

The behavior described above is similar to what we have implemented for the on-demand demo page: https://about.gitlab.com/demo/
