Create reusable graphic for Gartner MQ for ARO

• Create the MQ graphic to be used with the Read More button that will be placed on multiple web pages
• Place the graphic itself on the /analysts/gartner-aro web page (see comment on web page for general location placement)
• Place the graphic on the main page with other analyst graphics (if Ashish agrees)
