s/DevOps/DevSecOps as a follow-up to cadence flow improvement MR

Briefly describe the update

In review of !119075 (merged) it was noted that there's a link which points to DevOps but this should be DevSecOps. I can do a global find and replace to correct that once !119075 (merged) is merged.
