Change DevOps Download to DevSecOps Download

This issue is to request a change in the blog's email newsletter title from DevOps Download to DevSecOps Download - would need new graphic as well.

@allie yes please - and make sure it says 2023! I am not sure what our exact branding is right now for under the infinity tanuki.

@Aklatzkin also once that is set and processed, I can have the blog redesign team change the wording on the blog landing page signup area.
