Should we consider adjusting capacity based on their involvement in code reviews
Reviewing MRs doesn't seem to get enough recognition it deserves. We all can sense it's an important part of our job and try doing our part, but there are no incentive to continue reviewing when your own deliverables are in danger of missing the milestone.
Also, there are no incentive to become or staying as a maintainer as far as I know. Should we allow maintainers to be more active in code reviews by reducing their capacities?
