WG Next Prioritization: Identify and update handbook pages that describe processes and responsibilities
Identify handbook pages and update them to include changes that represent
- Product managers prioritize features (and not all other types of work)
- Development managers prioritize maintenance
- Development managers are responsible for making sure MRs for their team are labeled properly (feature, bug, maintenance - and not "undefined")
- Quality managers prioritize bugs
- Prioritization will be done via getting input from the "quad": product manager, development manager, quality manager, and UX manager
- Remove references to engineering allocations (as we won't be doing them any longer)
- The quad per team will review their feature/bug/maintenance trends on a monthly basis
- Development sub-department heads (those who report to the VP of Development) and their associated PMs will review their feature/bug/maintenance trends on a monthly basis
- VP of Development will review development-wide feature/bug/maintenance with their peers, the CTO, and the VP of Product Management on a monthly
