Improvements to installation page

Followup after #1074 (closed)

• Other official installation methods need to be above on-click install providers
• Remove GitHost.io
• Show download instructions inline after someone clicks it (don't forget to update url to add #ubuntu1604 )
• Redirect download page to installation page
• List hardware requirements on the page
• Improve design of https://about.gitlab.com/update/
