Create registry transfer data SSoT in Sisense

We now have a breakdown of registry transfer usage here: https://datastudio.google.com/reporting/30db397d-50a7-460c-a1f9-439ec79a0433/page/ujBhC. We have been reaching out to Free users who are far above their limits to work with them to reduce their usage.

The challenge is that this data is becoming stale, which is a problem for two reasons:

1. We are unable to determine if new namespaces are generating significant transfer
2. We are unable to validate if the namespaces we have contacted have reduced their usage

It would be great if we could:

1. Copy this data into Snowflake so we are able to utilize as part of our broader cost analysis
2. Build a dashboard in Sisense to provide a controllable time horizon so we can easily check different time ranges
3. Automatically load the data in - so this no longer requires human intervention.
