Group deprecations by announcement or removal milestone
Summary
The Docs now include both:
Previously, deprecation announcements were grouped by their removal milestone.
When removals were added to the Docs, the deprecations page was changed so that deprecations were grouped by announcement milestone.
This re-surfaced a disagreement about which grouping method for deprecations makes the most sense.
Perspectives
@brhea: The verbiage of most announcements are written from the standpoint of announcing the deprecation in that milestone. It makes more sense to display them in that manner. The verbiage of the announcement and the "Deprecations by Milestone" navigation item doesn't line up with a grouped by removal approach.
@marcel.amirault: My recommendation is still to sort based on removal milestone, not announcement milestone, because that's the information people are looking for. "If I plan my upgrade for this version, what will be changed?". I think we should revert to the previous sorting.
Action
The purpose of this Issue is to come to a decision about which method for grouping announcements should be in production.
