Highlight deprecations that are breaking changes in Docs

We're now asking in our workflow that the label breaking change be added to any deprecations MRs that are a breaking change. Can we leverage this label to somehow visually highlight deprecation in docs with some kind of icon or color so it's clear it's a breaking change?
