FY22-Q3 Manage Optimize: All FE team members complete technical writing training

Great documentation is critical to our user experience and has a direct impact on business success (confirmed frequently in user research). Developers at GitLab are not just developers — they’re also Technical Writers, because they submit the first draft of documentation for most product changes.
To continue our goal of making GitLab documentation best in class, we must prepare developers with the information they need to write great docs — that means conforming to standard grammar rules (like avoiding passive voice and using commas correctly) and GitLab documentation style guidelines (like using the correct terminology and structuring docs according to our Information Architecture strategy).
The goal for this quarter is, to have all Optimize:FE team members complete the technical writing training.
