FY22-Q3 Manage Optimize: One frontend engineer becomes technical interviewer

Description

With hiring being a top priority for the company in FY22 we will need more engineers willing to participate in the frontend interview process. Currently, there are only nine frontend engineers (five of them are EMs) performing all frontend technical interviews (plus the frontend interview part for full stack positions). Having a larger pool across a diverse set of timezones will help to distribute the load.

In Q3, we'd like to have one engineer from the Optimize team complete the frontend technical interview requirements.
