Wrong placement of anchor links in release posts in Chrome

Issue

When viewed in Chrome, links to anchors for headers are not placed correctly. For example, https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2021/06/22/gitlab-14-0-released/#container-scanning-integration-with-trivy.

In Firefox it works fine.

We need to get a resolution for this, as it's affecting the release post notes.
