Detail Description
Hey there,
I run the DevOps and SRE guild of ING. Every month, we gather and share internal topics but we always also invite someone from outside the company to teach us about a DevOps or SRE topic. One of the things we would like to improve on is blameless postmortems. We are a large organizations with many teams in many countries and it is hard to get to the bottom of issues, let alone across countries and internal organisations. Gitlab is a lighthouse in that area to me, and I still remember fondly of the time you livestreamed the fix of your database deletion a couple years back :). We would love you to come and give us some practical tips as to how be better and do not fear to do things in the open. The meeting usually counts between 150 and 200 people, sometimes up to 250 (for our Google or Elastic meetups for example :)). I live in Utrecht, and I was already there at the Gitlab Meetups when the company was still 2 people big. You have a big fan over here :).
