Review of division level PIs with child PIs
With #11418 (closed) as an example, we have some metrics at division level that trickle down to each engineering department that are not standardized.
We should perform a review of each metric that flows down to department level and evaluate:
- should this metric also exist at department level?
- If so, make sure each department chart is standardized with each other and links to parent PI
We should also consider putting these under a new sub-section at department level like "Inherited PIs" (instead of under RPI or KPI sections of handbook) handbook pages to make it obvious which metrics are specific to the department vs coming from division or company level.
