Streamline the Contributing to Development guide by categorising GitLab projects
Problem
GitLab Code Contributor User journey Audit showed that the current contribution docs are overwhelming.
Proposal
Iterate on the current Contributing to Development guide to make it more easy to contribute:
- Categorize projects by the technologies used and required skills
- Cater issues for contributors that could be good for beginners
- Explore what else can be done in the first iteration
