Add a page to describe the Advanced Software Engineering Course
Background
The Advanced Software Engineering course is a new course that GitLab is teaching. There is currently nothing in our handbook that provides information about this effort.
Purpose
The purpose of this issue is to update a page that will describe the Advanced Software Engineering Course.
To Do
In the issue ...

Add yourself as an Assignee to this issue -
Create a Merge Request from this issue using the Create Merge Request button below. After doing this you would have left the issue and you are now in the Merge Request page.

Add the title, description and assign yourself to the MR and @dsatcher as a reviewer -
Click on the Open WebIDE button

Go to the file tree on the left side nav and traverse through the following folders: sites -> marketing -> source -> company --> culture --> inclusion --> erg-minorities-in-tech -> advanced-software-engineering-course -
There is an index.html.md.erb file in this directory. Copy the content from the word document and format it using Markdown for example, use H2 for headers, bullets lists, etc.). (Do not remove the header content that is already in the file. Also, whenever creating headers use ##). When you are done, click the Commit button. -
When your MR is complete, comment with a mention to @dsatcher and ask her to please review and merge.
