Why is this OKR important?
Over the last few months the Fulfilment teams have undergone disruption with realignments and core projects. The aim of this OKR is to measure and improve our efficacy in building consistent, repeatable processes aimed at improving our delivery.
How do I achieve this?
Look at opportunities for reducing blockers in workflow, minimise engineers context switching and embrace iteration and async work.
How will this be measured?
Via the Fulfillment engineering Performance Indicators
