Why is this OKR important?

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is one of our CREDIT values, and the DIB training and certification ensures we have the skills and knowledge to build a strong supportive culture around this.

While many of you have recently completed the corresponding LinkedIn training, this course is tailored to GitLab, and you'll hear directly from team members as to their experiences.

How do I achieve this?

Each member of the Fulfillment team should complete the certification.

How will this be measured?

By looking at the percentage of team members in Fulfillment that have completed their certification at the end of the quarter.
