This KR tracks the functional delivery of Development work related to the Tiering Working Group.

This includes proper demos, project management, and reporting on status.

Retrospective

Good

• We completed the EoA project and so far early feedback is that it has been a success.
• We did several demos
• The team was creative in solving problems and working quickly.

Bad

• We didn't use a scorecard for demos
• We finished up a week later from our original goal
