FY21-Q4 Ops, Continuous Delivery, Product KR: Review to Merge Time less than target 4 => 0%
Key Result: Review to Merge Time less than target as measured by: https://app.periscopedata.com/app/gitlab/681347/MR-Metrics-by-Organization
Review to Merge Time is a KPI for the team, we had not been tracking this so, for this quarter we'll track teams' Review to Merge Time looking for areas of improvement.
KRs are stretch goals by default, we acknowledge that 4th quarter is often when people take time off for various reasons. Absences due to holidays and time off seem likely to affect our Review to Merge Time.
| Group | October | November | December | January | avg | target |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| groupconfigure | 5.3 | 3.5 | 5.3 | 7.0 | 5.2 | < 4 |
| ~"group::package" | 4.8 | 2.8 | 5.1 | 5.2 | 4.7 | < 4 |
| grouprelease ** | 0 | 3.1 | 7.5 | 7.1 | 5.9 | < 4 |
| Combined (avg) | 5 | 3.1 | 5.9 | 6.4 | 5.1 | < 4 |
** For November Release is a combination of Release Management and Progressive Delivery, November and December are for the newly formed Release team.
** Dashboard for this KR changed during the quarter, it's now here: https://app.periscopedata.com/app/gitlab/681347/Development-Embedded-Dashboard. Unfortunately, this chart isn't currently showing data correctly for different teams so I've used this dashboard to get some numbers.
** I'm updating numbers based on what's current in the dashboard which might be different from when they were recorded.
